Introducing a greener cutting surface. Although all Epicurean Cutting Surfaces® are made with Eco Select paper, our new line of Recycled Cardboard composites raises the bar. These surfaces are the perfect fit for the environmentally conscious epicure. As the name suggests, these surfaces are made with recycled cardboard, giving them a warm, natural nutmeg appearance. Aside from NSF approval, these recycled surfaces boast all of the features of other Epicurean Cutting Surfaces products including stain and heat resistance, knife kindliness, and the ability to wash in the dishwasher. The Recycled Cardboard Surfaces feature a new design with a squared silhouette.
